FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY PACKAGE?
All items listed as part of your chosen package are included as well as delivery, set up time, styling and laundering of linen. Extras can be chosen at the time of booking.
A fee will be charged for travel further than 30kms outside of Jindabyne.
WHAT IS THE HIRE PERIOD?
The hire period is generally 24 hours, although we will discuss and make arrangements with you upon booking.
HOW MUCH ROOM WILL I NEED?
Our teepees are approximately 170cm long with the teepee frames approximately 120cm x 80cm. For limited spaces, configuration is best having the teepees facing each other.  A room 4m x 4m works well.
ARE THE LIGHTS AND LANTERNS SAFE?
All lights and lanterns are battery operated. Spare batteries will be provided.
WHEN IS PAYMENT REQUIRED?
A $100 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is required seven days prior to the party date.
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations or change of date must be made within fourteen days of the party date. No refunds will be given after this time, unless in exceptional circumstances.
DO YOU DELIVER TO ALL AREAS AROUND THE SNOWY MOUNTAINS?
Delivery to Jindabyne, Berridale and surrounding areas is included. A fee will be charged for areas further than 30kms from Jindabyne.

CLEANING FEES
We request that a smoke free environment be provided during the rental period. It is also expected that no food or drink be consumed within the teepees. All teepees are sanitised after each use, including mattresses. For hygiene reasons, please advise if any little 'accidents' have occurred.  Snowy Dreams reserves the right to charge a $100 cleaning fee if necessary.
DAMAGES
A check list with all items will be supplied to you at the time of hire. It is the hirer's responsibility to take all due care and responsibility for the items during the hire period. Snowy Dreams will check for damages and/or any stains upon pick up of props. Damages to teepees will be charged to the hirer and a a refundable deposit will be held to cover any such damage.  We realise little mishaps do happen, honesty is the best policy, please just let us know.
PETS
We all love our furry friends but Snowy Dreams requests that no pets be allowed in the area where the teepees are set up. This is not only for cleanliness but for allergy sufferers also.
